Pinch Me Planning started in 2016 as an outlet for my love of design.
Before I ever dove into the world wedding planning, I worked in product development and design for corporations ranging from Wayfair to L.L.Bean. That other lifetime helped me hone my design acumen and my ability to organize and execute even the most multifaceted projects—two skills I rely on daily as your Maine wedding planner.
Today, my team and I have countless coastal Maine weddings and a handful of industry awards to our name—but nothing compares to the fulfillment I get from helping you and yours remain present for the moments you can’t get back. While I’m incredibly detail oriented and obsessed with artful design—more than anything, I’m here to bring you bliss. I thrive off of creating joy just as much as I thrive off of curating an unexpected color palette or adventurous-meets-timeless event aesthetic.

the INVESTMENT
EVENT MANAGEMENT + COORDINATION
You celebrate – we coordinate. This package is commonly referred to as “day-of coordination,” but to ensure that we have everything we need to execute your vision - we think just showing up on the day won’t be sufficient. You’ve been planning your wedding for months – you and your family should be able to enjoy it. We’re here to make sure no stone is left unturned. No detail is too small for Pinch Me Planning to oversee. We ensure your day will be flawless and stress-free.
What’s Included
PRIOR TO 60 DAYS:
// One (1) hour of consultation with PMP staff via telephone or in-person meeting before the 60 day mark. Additional hours can be added if needed.
// PMP Preferred Vendor List: Client will be provided with a list of those vendors with whom PMP has developed a professional relationship with over the years, all of whom have demonstrated professionalism, and dedication to client satisfaction (“Preferred Vendors”).
// Access to Planning Portal: Client will be provided with access to PMP’s online planning portal, including a wedding planning checklist.
60 DAYS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DATE:
// Up to six (6) telephone calls bi-weekly within the 60-day mark of your event to discuss event planning milestones. This will be scheduled via the Calendly application.
// Two members of the Pinch Me Planning team on location for the day-of for up to twelve (12) hours
// Attend and Direct Ceremony Rehearsal, as needed: Typically done the day before your wedding as a walk-thru of your ceremony with your wedding party.
// Timeline Creation and Management: PMP will create a master timeline and manage timing and communication among all vendors for the period beginning 60 days in advance of the Event Date.
// Creation of Packing & Decor Checklist: A list of items to pack to bring to the venue and set up expectations for your coordinator to handle.
// Vendor Management: Coordination with vendors on arrival and departure times. We will also distribute all the timeline and contact information needed for the event.
// Final vendor payment and tip distribution
Additional fees for extended travel, holidays, private homes, and island coordination may apply.
