Pinch Me Planning started in 2016 as an outlet for my love of design.
Before I ever dove into the world wedding planning, I worked in product development and design for corporations ranging from Wayfair to L.L.Bean. That other lifetime helped me hone my design acumen and my ability to organize and execute even the most multifaceted projects—two skills I rely on daily as your Maine wedding planner.
Today, my team and I have countless coastal Maine weddings and a handful of industry awards to our name—but nothing compares to the fulfillment I get from helping you and yours remain present for the moments you can’t get back. While I’m incredibly detail oriented and obsessed with artful design—more than anything, I’m here to bring you bliss. I thrive off of creating joy just as much as I thrive off of curating an unexpected color palette or adventurous-meets-timeless event aesthetic.

For couples who want to be involved in the fun parts of wedding planning (tablescape mockups and cake tasting, anyone?)—without having to drop everything on their schedule—our planning and design offering is the ideal choice. We’ll step in to provide logistical support, industry access, and informed recommendations—with a focus on curating and presenting you with only the best-fitting options.
At the heart of this offering is our commitment to high-impact wedding design. We’ll collaborate with you to visualize, hone, and curate the aesthetic of your day—placing a strong emphasis on personal touches and fresh, unexpected choices. The end result? A cohesive, compelling event that delights your guests and feels deeply true to you.

Continuous consultations and guidance from PMP staff via telephone or email regarding all contracted events
Access to our online planning portal and tools to stay up-to-date with planning progress and deliverables.
Exclusive access to PMP's vetted and preferred vendors: The client will be provided with a recommended list who align with your values, budgets, and aesthetic desires
Planning and Logistics Consulting for Wedding Day
Direct Coordination with Vendors for Detailed Quoting
A one-of-a-kind creative design vision includes the master floor plans, suggested rentals and decor, flowers, stationery, special touches, and an overall feel for the wedding day.
Budget Consultation: Guidance and allocation suggestions for all vendors
Timeline Creation and Management: PMP will create a master timeline and manage timing and communication among all vendor
Attend and direct ceremony rehearsal.

Additional fees for extended travel, holidays, private homes, and island coordination may apply.
This package is available to be extended to weekend events: Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Receptions, Brunches, etc.
