Pinch Me Planning started in 2016 as an outlet for my love of design.
Before I ever dove into the world wedding planning, I worked in product development and design for corporations ranging from Wayfair to L.L.Bean. That other lifetime helped me hone my design acumen and my ability to organize and execute even the most multifaceted projects—two skills I rely on daily as your Maine wedding planner.
Today, my team and I have countless coastal Maine weddings and a handful of industry awards to our name—but nothing compares to the fulfillment I get from helping you and yours remain present for the moments you can’t get back. While I’m incredibly detail oriented and obsessed with artful design—more than anything, I’m here to bring you bliss. I thrive off of creating joy just as much as I thrive off of curating an unexpected color palette or adventurous-meets-timeless event aesthetic.

AT FRENCH’S POINT
When your guests are arriving from afar to experience the magic of Maine, there’s no greater gift than to extend your festivities to an entire weekend. We’ll help you show your guestlist a great time—and encourage them to immerse themselves in all this special place has to offer—with a custom wedding weekend itinerary.
What’s Included
Unlimited consultations with PMP staff via telephone or email regarding contracted events.
Access to a customized PMP Planning Portal: Client will be provided with access to our online planning tools.
Budget Consultation: Guidance and allocation suggestions for wedding weekend vendors.
Layout & Design: We translate your vision to all events at your venues, creating a master floor plan to orchestrate your rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, and wedding day.
An All-Inclusive Design Vision with Initial & Finalized Design Boards to include the Overall Feel, Rentals and Decor, Flowers, Stationery, and Special Touches.
Direct Coordination with Vendors for Detailed Quoting and Design Direction.
On-Site Support of PMP team: Friday up to twelve (12) hours with two (2) members and Saturday up to fourteen (14) hours with three (3) members.
Attend and Direct Ceremony Rehearsal walk-thru the day before the wedding day.
Timeline Creation and Management for the weekend
