What kind of services do you offer?
The team here at Pinch Me Planning is ready and excited to support you throughout your wedding planning process, in whatever way works best for you. We love everything from full service planning, to design consultations, to the nitty gritty involved in day-of-coordination. We realize that every couple has unique needs, and a unique budget. As a result, we offer 2 primary packages as well as “add-on” options so that you can customize the package that works best for you and your family.
Here’s a closer look at the different wedding planning, wedding design, and day of coordinator services we offer to couples throughout Maine and New England.
1. Full Planning and Design:
Pinch Me Planning works beside you from start to finish - planning, design, and day-of coordination. Vision boards, color palettes, and linen selection are among our favorite things. We are here to offer advice, make recommendations, double-check contracts, and provide peace-of-mind on your big day!
2. 60 Day Coordination:
You celebrate - we coordinate. This package is commonly referred to as “day-of coordination”, but to ensure that we have everything we need to execute your vision - we think just showing up the “day-of” won’t be sufficient. You’ve been planning your wedding for months - you and your family should be able to enjoy it. We’re here to make sure no stone is left unturned. No detail is too small for Pinch Me Planning to oversee. We ensure your day will be flawless and stress-free.
3. Event Management:
Many of our couples feel like they have a good grip on the planning process, but they “don’t know what they don’t know”. Our Event Management package is great if you want to have access to an expert opinion whenever you need it. We will consult on vendor selection, layouts, and details.
4. Add-On - Hourly Consultation:
For coordination or perspective clients, we are happy to offer consultation services at an hourly rate. Whether it be venue search, vendor research, or you’ve just hit a planning road block - we are happy to carve time out in our calendar to help along the way!
5. Add On - VIP Portland Weekend:
This is the ultimate personalization to wedding planning. Pinch Me Planning will spend a weekend with you to GSD (get stuff done!). The weekend will include all transportation, meals, and accommodations. We will schedule a plethora of vendor appointments for you to select your day-of team. This is perfect for out-of-town couples who need to have a productive weekend in Maine.
6. Add On - Design Consultation:
Many of our couples feel like they have the planning process nailed down, but they have trouble pulling together the overall vision. Our Design Add-On package is great for coordination clients who need help with the visuals, We will make design boards and vendor suggestions.

Do you take more than one wedding per day?
We do! We feel very fortunate to have the ability to take on more than one wedding per day! Our staff of wedding coordinators are based right here in Maine, and are all fully trained in day of wedding coordination. No matter how many weddings we’re managing on a given day or weekend, you can rest assured that you’ll have EVERYTHING taken care of. Each couple we book has 2 Pinch Me Planning team members dedicated to their wedding.
Will you create the overall vision, or is that up to me? I’m worried I’ll lose control of my own wedding if I hire a planner.
Everything we do is a collaboration in the truest sense of the word. Couples often come to us and say “I have a lot of ideas, but I don’t know how to pull it all together.” And that’s what we do best! We’ll take your vision if you have one, and bring it to life. Or, we’ll create one for you, if you’re feeling completely stuck.
Do you help us find, vet, and select vendors?
Short answer - yes! In our full planning package, we will suggest vendors within your budget and reach out for availability. For coordination clients, we are happy to send vendors that we think will be a great addition to your day!
Will you coordinate delivery, arrival and set up times with the photographer, the florist, the musicians, caterer/banquet manager, etc?
Yes! That is part of our process when you hire our team for wedding coordination. We make sure we have the arrival/departure times of all your wedding professionals and vendors. We also confirm we have all of their up-to-date contact information in case anyone needs to be reached throughout the process.
Do you have liability insurance?
I do! We are fully insured.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, it’s our preferred way of payment. Most of the work we do is done online!
