Sophisticated Fall Wedding at French’s Point
For Colleen and Peter, there was no better setting to begin their next chapter than French's Point in mid-October. The air was crisp, the landscape glowed with rich autumn color, and Penobscot Bay took on a peaceful stillness. The tented reception enveloped a sophisticated palette of soft neutrals, layered greens, blush pinks, rich burgundy, and warm gold accents. Lush floral arrangements blended seasonal textures with organic greenery, creating a look that felt perfectly at home along the Maine coast. Honeycomb pendant lighting cast a warm, inviting glow overhead, while vibrant burgundy draping added depth and a touch of romance throughout the space. Printed green table linens were paired with velvet olive napkins for subtle texture, while gold flatware and gold-rimmed chargers and glassware brought timeless elegance to each place setting. Natural wood tones in the chairs, dance floor, and bars added warmth while complementing the coastal location. Surrounded by the joyful energy of family and friends, Colleen and Peter celebrated their wedding with heartfelt vows, meaningful moments, and sophisticated style.
