Olivia and Ware’s William Allen Farm wedding brought modern touches, bright accents, and nature into harmony for their Maine wedding. With a homey and comfortable yet cool vibe, they said, “I do” al fresco under a full floral arch. Pops of pink and red met the guests in the reception space with unique touches like the Fete Fone guest book to record the voices of their guests conveying well-wishes. Their entire day was infused with an abundance of happiness. Not only expressed through the details of the day — but the joy was something felt by everyone in attendance. Olivia and Ware’s day was reflective of them as a couple with intentional details displaying their personalities. And that’s exactly how it should be!   

1) How did you and your partner meet?

Ware and I met while working on the same team at Havas Media in Boston. What started as a close friendship, quickly grew into more, and we were inseparable after a year of knowing each other! We got engaged at my parent's home in the Boston suburbs after dating for 4 years, and after rescheduling the wedding once due to COVID, the rest is history! He is my favorite person on earth :)

2)  What is your favorite memory from your wedding day?

It's so hard to narrow down because the whole day was magical! I think my favorite memory was walking into the tent where our ceremony was held. I hadn't seen the inside of the tent or ceremony setup prior to walking down the aisle, and remember being stunned by how cozy and warm it felt inside, despite the raw, rainy weather outside. Our guests were cheering and clapping as my Dad walked me down the aisle (something I had never experienced at a wedding before and was SO cool!) and when I locked eyes with Ware, I was truly overflowing with love and happiness. It was the coolest moment and one that I'll never forget.

3)  Favorite part about having a coordinator from PMP?

Where to begin?! Christina and the PMP team were SO incredible from start to finish. When I look back at the day, I truly cannot imagine it without them. Though I felt pretty organized prior to meeting Christina for the first time, I quickly realized why you hire a team like hers. Christina brought insight based on years of experience, and kindly pointed out the areas where we needed to make tweaks or pivot entirely. She has close contacts within the industry and was able to track vendors down and coordinate everything based on the strong relationships she's built over many years of wedding planning. We had to put our rain plan into place, something a bride never wants to do, but Christina and her team somehow pulled off making it MORE beautiful than we ever could have dreamt. On the day of, we didn't have to worry about anything besides showing up, because we knew that Christina and the team had it completely under control. I'm admittedly a little type A, but was able to relinquish control and just enjoy, which made the day that much more incredible. Best day ever, in large thanks to the PMP team!
