We are so excited to partner with you on planning your wedding. Aisle Planner is an integral part of our process. We invest in this program to help you feel supported throughout the planning journey. We have customized pieces of the portal through years of experience and a goal to create efficiencies.
The features we will use are the following:
CHECKLIST: This is a self-guided checklist. We have our own internal list as a planning team to ensure we stay on top of our tasks and check in with you at the right times for yours. We like having this visible so you can understand what is coming down the pipeline. Feel free to leave comments within the AP checklist if you have specific questions for us or want to make notes for our next call.
GUESTS MANAGEMENT: This is where you will keep track of RSVPs, meal choices, and dietary restrictions. We can use this for multiple events throughout your wedding weekend. We will upload names here once your final invitation list is compiled. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need help with the upload. Please watch the video below to understand this process better.
CONTACTS (VENDOR MANAGEMENT): Each vendor contact record we create in your “Contacts” tab provides a happy home to keep and share important vendor files. From brochures, price lists, proposals, and contracts from your favored vendors, having one place to store these important files makes them easy to find.
Once a vendor Contact Record is created, you can upload any file (pdf, doc, xls, png, jpg, etc.) to the right side of that vendor record – you can either drag and drop it into place or use the gold “Add To Vendor” button towards the top left of your vendor record to browse your computer for files.
You can also use the “file” space to the right of each vendor contact record to discuss a vendor with us or to let us know that a file has been uploaded.
CALENDAR: This is where you can view upcoming payments. You will also receive reminders as payment due dates approach.
LAYOUT AND SEATING PLANS: This is our favorite part of Aisle Planner. You will be able to do the following:
Easy Table Assignments: Put confirmed guests (and that handful of guests you might still be waiting to hear back from) into your seating list and organize each guest by group to help make it easier to settle who sits where. We’ll also call out special guests, including the couple, bridal party, and immediate family members, to make seating assignments easier to navigate.
Drag and Drop Capabilities: Drag and drop each guest to the appropriate table list, and drag and drop guests within a list to change their seating order at each table. How simple is that?
Special Considerations: It’s always helpful to know which tables require highchairs and if any guests in a wheelchair won’t require a chair set at their place setting, so we’ve included relevant information for easy reference.
Table Seating Reports: Our newly updated guest list downloads now include table assignments, and our new Seating List download includes the guest list by table, meal counts, and any special considerations.
