PLEASE NOTE our COMMUNICATION POLICY:


Our standard office hours are:

Tuesday - Thursday from 11 am - 7 pm

Friday - Saturday we are focused on our weekend events.

Sunday - Monday we take a bit of a breather.

We base our work flow off of our email. Any questions, tasks, or responses need to be addressed via email. We are happy to communicate via text and Instagram, but we cannot guarantee the information sent will be added to your file.

Aisle Planner

Familiarize yourself with our online planning tool, Aisle Planner.  This is where we will do most of our planning.  It includes the following:

  • Interactive Planning & To-Do List

  • Budgeting Tool

  • Vendor & Invoice Management

  • Guest List & Seating Tracker

  • Timeline Developer

  • Notes

If you have already booked vendors, please forward along your contracts with contact information!

If you are still looking for some vendor recommendations, you view my Vendor Guide in your Notes section of Aisle Planner.  These are just a few of my favorite people to work with, so if you need more suggestions - just ask!  If you need help with deciding on the best fit, move on to step 3.  Creating a design vision will help me recommend the most fitting vendors to execute your vision.


Step 3
Design Board

For our full service and design clients, we think this is the best part!  Creating design boards allows us to visualize what your day is going to look like!  If you have a pinterest board, share with Pinch Me Planning.  Please put your name, date, or initials in the name of the board, so I can differentiate between you and my other brides!  Send over any other inspiration you have as well (photos, magazine clippings, instagrams).
